Information you provide
We receive your name, business email, ingredient and grade, request type and requirements. Company, quantity and destination are optional. We use these details to answer quotation, sample and document requests and discuss supply. We do not add enquiry contacts to a promotional mailing list automatically. Do not submit payment credentials or sensitive personal information.
Product interest and source
An enquiry can include the product page, request type and a broad traffic source, such as a search referral or tagged campaign. The enquiry record does not identify an individual visitor’s search query. Abuse protection uses a short-lived, keyed identifier derived from the connection address; the enquiry database does not store the raw IP address.
Hosting and email services
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores enquiry records. Resend sends enquiry notifications to the operator’s Google Gmail inbox. These providers process data to operate the services, and may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Clicking WhatsApp opens a separate Meta service; information you choose to send there is also handled under that service’s privacy terms.
Cookies and optional analytics
A necessary session cookie allows authorised operators to use the management area. Optional Google Analytics loads only when configured and after you accept analytics. You can reject it and still submit an enquiry, or change your choice with Cookie settings. Names, email addresses and enquiry text are not sent as analytics event parameters. Product source information stored in the enquiry is separate from optional analytics.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records are available only to authorised operators. We retain them for handling the request, related supply discussions and necessary business recordkeeping. Contact Celeste to review information we hold, correct it or request deletion when it is no longer needed; applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted. Please identify the enquiry reference or business email so we can locate the record.
