FAQ
Before you order.
Practical answers about specifications, stock, samples and delivery.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The general minimum order is 100 kg. Confirm the selected ingredient and any order-specific conditions with your quotation. Samples are handled separately.
What is the standard packaging?
Standard bulk packaging is 25 kg per drum. Confirm the selected grade and any special packaging or receiving requirements before ordering.
Can you dispatch from U.S. stock?
We have U.S. stock in Montclair, California. Available-stock orders can dispatch the same day or the following day after order confirmation. Confirm the grade, quantity and freight arrangements; dispatch is not an arrival guarantee.
Can I collect from your California warehouse?
Yes. Arrange warehouse pickup in Montclair with Celeste, or ask for a quotation for delivery to your facility. The agreed collection, freight and trade terms are confirmed for your order.
Can I request a sample?
A 50 g sample can be arranged via UPS, FedEx or DHL. Share the exact ingredient, grade and destination. Sample charges and freight are confirmed separately.
What documents can I request?
Tell us whether you require a product specification, batch COA, SDS or applicable quality documents. Their availability and scope are reviewed for the selected grade, production source and order.
Does every catalogue product have the same specification?
No. Ingredient names, elemental assay, composition, physical form and destination requirements must be reviewed together. Powders, granules and different elemental-content grades are not automatically interchangeable.
Are all products made at the same facility?
Our supply combines manufacturing and wider ingredient sourcing. Confirm the production source and applicable documents for your selected ingredient.
Does U.S. stock mean you have European stock?
No. We serve European buyers, but do not currently make a European warehouse-stock claim. Ask for the shipping plan and destination-specific requirements for your order.
How should I request a quotation?
Include the precise ingredient and grade, specification, quantity, destination, timing and required documents. If you are evaluating a sample, include any composition, binder, assay or physical-property restrictions.
Let’s talk about your next order.
Share the ingredient, grade, quantity and destination. We’ll confirm the supply and dispatch details.
